Professional Fuel Injector Servicing

Our Fuel Injector store specializes in the sale of rebuilt OEM fuel injectors. However, we also offer professional fuel injector cleaning and testing services for those troubleshooting rough idle, diagnosing poor MPG, or prepping for an engine rebuild. All injectors are cleaned, tested, flow-matched, and assessed using industry-grade ASNU equipment.

⚠️ Important Notice

🛠️ How We Test and Service Injectors

We use industry-grade ASNU Classic GDI fuel injector service benches to inspect, clean, flow test, and restore injectors. Every unit is carefully processed to maximize performance and efficiency. Our equipment ensures professional and repeatable results for peace of mind.

Spray pattern analysis helps us spot clogged, leaking, or poorly atomizing injectors before and after cleaning.

🎥 Real Testing: See Our ASNU Equipment In Action

Our ASNU Classic GDI test benches allow us to capture slow-motion spray pattern analysis, detect atomization failures, and flow volume issues. Here are real examples directly from our facility:

❓ Fuel Injector Servicing FAQs

Will injector cleaning restore my injectors to brand-new condition?

Cleaning often improves injector performance dramatically, but results vary. Some injectors may not return to OEM flow rates or spray patterns even after multiple ultrasonic cleaning cycles. We always report findings—good or bad—so you can make informed decisions.

What’s a downside to injector servicing?

Even after cleaning, your set might have injectors that perform "good" but not "great". Flow inconsistencies as small as 5% can still hurt engine performance. If you want absolute peace of mind, check out our Flow-Matched Rebuilt Injectors ➞ for a no-hassle swap with full warranty.

Can you replace injectors that fail during service?

Yes. If any of your injectors are found to be beyond cleaning or out of acceptable tolerance, we can recommend matching rebuilt replacements to complete your set, if available.

Do you test before cleaning?

Absolutely. We test flow rates, spray patterns, leak-down, and coil resistance before and after cleaning. Detailed data is included in the deluxe service only; basic service focuses on performance, not documentation.

Can I upgrade to deluxe service after sending in my injectors?

Yes—if we haven't started the cleaning process yet. After cleaning starts, getting precleaning exact flow rates would not be possible. Contact us ASAP if you'd like to upgrade!
