Precision Auto Injectors

Silverado Fuel Injectors

Rebuilt genuine Delphi, Denso, Rochester, and Bosch fuel injector sets for select 1999-2013 Chevrolet Silverado applications, plus select earlier C/K 7.4L trucks.

Find Your Silverado Injector Set
Do not choose Silverado injectors by engine size alone. Gasoline, Flex Fuel, Hybrid, Classic-body, light-duty, and heavy-duty trucks can use different injectors even when they share the same engine displacement. Confirm the complete truck application before ordering.

Find the right Silverado injector set in three steps

1.. Identify your truck
Select the year and Silverado series. Then choose Standard, Classic, or HD.
2. Confirm engine and fuel system
Gasoline, Flex Fuel/E85, or Hybrid matters as much as engine size.
3. Match the injector set
Use the chart and cards below, then compare the original injector if available.

You do not need to remove an injector to ask for help.

Have your Silverado year, series, engine, fuel type, and whether it is a Classic, HD, or Hybrid ready. If possible, send us the number stamped on an original injector.

If a repair shop is doing the work, have the technician call us with the vehicle details before the order is placed. This is especially important for 5.3L gasoline versus Flex Fuel trucks and for 2007 Classic-body applications.

Common signs of a failing Chevrolet Silverado fuel injector

A dirty, restricted, leaking, or electrically failing injector may contribute to the symptoms below. These symptoms can have other causes, so diagnose the truck before replacing parts.

  • Rough or unstable idle
  • Hard starting or extended cranking
  • Hesitation or loss of power under load
  • Poor fuel economy or strong gasoline odor
  • Random or cylinder-specific misfires, including P0300 through P0308 codes
  • Rich or lean fuel-trim codes, black exhaust smoke, or fuel-contaminated engine oil
  • Illuminated Check Engine Light

Why flow matching matters on a Silverado V8

Each Silverado cylinder depends on its injector to deliver a consistent amount of fuel. Testing a complete set makes it possible to compare injector performance under the same conditions and support balanced fuel delivery across the V8.

Our injector rebuilding process

  • Visual inspection
  • Electrical coil and opening-response testing
  • High-pressure leak testing
  • Ultrasonic cleaning and reverse flushing
  • Replacement of service components as applicable
  • Dynamic and static ASNU flow testing
  • Spray-pattern verification
  • Flow matching and final quality inspection

Chevrolet Silverado fuel injector questions

Which fuel injectors fit my Chevy Silverado?

Start with the Year, Make, and Model search tool on our website, then use this guide to narrow the options. Confirm the original injector number and complete vehicle application before ordering.

Are all Silverado 5.3L injectors the same?

No. Silverado 5.3L trucks can use different injectors depending on the year, truck body style, and whether the factory fuel system is gasoline or Flex Fuel.

Why does the 2007 Classic designation matter?

A 2007 Silverado Classic is an earlier body style and can use different components from a new-body 2007 Silverado. Always include the Classic designation when requesting fitment help.

Should I replace one injector or the complete set?

When a complete matched set is available, it is generally the better choice because it provides consistent fuel delivery across all eight cylinders. Proper diagnosis is still recommended first.
